Newgy Industries, Inc. only ships within North America. Orders over $250 will have a free shipping option within the contiguous US. For expedited shipping rates, please call 1-800-556-3949. We do not ship to freight forwarders, or to those intending to ship Newgy products to end-consumers outside of North America. Please contact us directly for assistance when ordering from South America. We will direct you to our closest South American dealer.
Orders are processed and shipped in 1 - 3 business days from date of purchase. With the exception of holidays in which orders will be processed the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with direct delivery and signature required (for orders over $100). We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or if the address provided on the order is incorrect. ALL ROBOTS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A PHYSICAL ADDRESS (NO PO BOXES)
If the package was not able to be delivered and is returned to us, you would be responsible for the "return to sender*" fee and additional shipping charges.
* A 10% restocking fee applies for all returns, 15% on orders over $1,000, and 25% on table orders. Newgy reserves the right to waive the restocking fee whenever the situation is appropriate.

The popular Pong-Pal table tennis ball retriever, the Quicker Ball Picker Upper, has been extended! Now it is even easier to reach and retrieve balls under the table or behind furniture.
Pong-Pal XL will make it much easier and faster to pick up table tennis balls. More comfortable for those who are taller as well. With its special angled end, you can even retrieve balls that are under your table or other hard-to- reach places. Also ideal for wheelchair players who can use just the lower half and then place it on their seat or armrest to keep it handy. Whole tube holds approximately 30 balls; half tube holds approximately 15 balls. Attach it to the side of table with the included Velcro strip so it’s always within easy reach. Comes with 2 extra replacement bands.
Its unique two-piece design permits you to take it apart and carry it in your sport bag or Robo-Tote. Pong-Pal works with either 40 mm or 40+ mm table tennis balls.
