Newgy Industries, Inc. only ships within North America. Orders over $250 will have a free shipping option within the contiguous US. For expedited shipping rates, please call 1-800-556-3949. We do not ship to freight forwarders, or to those intending to ship Newgy products to end-consumers outside of North America. Please contact us directly for assistance when ordering from South America. We will direct you to our closest South American dealer.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with direct delivery and signature required (for orders over $100). If the package was not able to be delivered and is returned to us, you would be responsible for the "return to sender*" fee and additional shipping charges.
