Drills #46 and #52 are more physically challenging, and your heart will probably be racing between 120-160 beats/minute. Drills #41 and #59 are much easier, and your heart will probably be pounding between 100-120 beats per minute. With 3 minutes of lighter practice, your body will have time to rest slightly while still keeping your heart rate high. This is the best way to lose weight, improve your fitness, and boost your table tennis game to the next level.
