“16 Hours for $1,600” Table Tennis Challenge Event

RSS
Navin Kumar represents the USA internationally in table tennis as history’s first athlete to actively compete with Parkinson’s Disease on the Olympic/ParaOlympic level. He is also a 5 time open-heart surgery survivor with mechanical heart, pacemaker, and other components, giving him the nickname, “Bionic Man”.

Navin  is trying to raise the money he needs to fund the airfare for his upcoming table tennis competition in Romania this June.

For 16 hours, on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 7 am to 11 pm at the Maryland Table Tennis Center  in Gaithersburg, MD, Navin will be playing against the Newgy Robo-Pong 2040 table tennis robot with the hope that people will pledge their support and donate towards his cause.

If Navin can get 40 people to donate $40, or even 20 people to donate $80, then his airfare will be covered. Any extra money earned will be used to fund his future table tennis tournaments and airfare.

Everyone is welcome to stop by Navin’s challenge and cheer him on in support.
