Staff and Coaches

Joe Newgarden is the President, Owner and Founder of Newgy Industries, Inc. and inventor of the Robo-Pong. Joe is a lifelong table tennis enthusiast and was inducted into the Table Tennis Hall of Fame in 2007 for his commitment and generosity to the sport.

Andy Putnam is responsible for all of Newgy’s international operations to include communications, relationships, sales, shipping and banking.

Larry Thoman oversees all company operations. Larry focuses on research and development, computer and network, special projects, and customer service. Larry authored and designed our product manuals and instructions.

Jena Newgarden manages Newgy’s marketing, advertising and public relations projects. Jena is responsible for event coordination, website management and the development of promotional materials. She is also the coordinator and moderator for the Newgy Robo-Pong blog, as well as Newgy’s other social media accounts.

Joleta Crook is responsible for human resources, payroll, bank reconciliations and insurance.

Denna England manages our office to include customer service, reception, accounts payable and receivable, as well as memberships for our Training Center. Denna also works with our affiliates, dealers, wholesale and vendor relations, and logistics and transportation.

Cindy Marshall manages our warehouse operations. Cindy is also responsible for the company’s purchasing, order processing and customer service.

Roger Dickson is Newgy’s head table tennis coach. Roger has been teaching table tennis for over 12 years. Roger also presents our Table Tennis School Programs to students and teachers in the community. He is also a service technician and provides technical support to our customers.

Cody Crook assists with our warehouse operations to include shipping and repairs. Cody also presents our Table Tennis School Programs to students and teachers in the community.
