Submission Form
We will
pick one winner each month. The current winner is listed
on our Coaching Forum main page.
The winner will receive a choice of 1 gross (144) Newgy
Robo-Balls, a Newgy Robo-Tote,
a Robo-Caddy, or 2 Pong-Pals.
Please read the Contest Rules and completely fill out all
requested information. Good luck!
CONTEST RULES
1. You must submit all requested information for your entry to be accepted.
2. You may submit your entry by filling out the form below, or by sending us the requested
information by e-mail, fax, or letter.
3. An e-mail confirmation of your contest submission will be sent to you if you use the form
below and you include an e-mail address. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation of
your entry within two days of submitting your entry, please re-submit your entry.
4. Newgy will be the sole judge of qualifying entries to determine contest winners.
5. We encourage you to submit a photo or graphic to help illustrate your idea. Either send
electronically by e-mail attachment or send hard copy in the mail to the address given on
the Company Info page.
6. All submitted materials become the property of Newgy Industries and you agree to permit
Newgy to use your submission on their web site or in other promotional materials.
7. No purchase is required.
8. Entries are saved from month to month, so even if your entry isnÕt selected in the month
that you submit it, that entry is still eligible in subsequent months.
9. You may enter as many times as you wish, but each entry must be a different tip.
10. There is no limit to the number of times you can win.
11. Deadline for receiving entries is the last day of the month. The winner for that month will
be selected during the first week of the subsequent month.
12. Prizes will automatically be sent to contest winners by the end of the second week of the
subsequent month.
13. Time periods mentioned above might occasionally be extended due to lack of entries,
excessive workloads, and other occurrences that may prevent Newgy from the timely
disposition of contest responsibilities.
14. This contest is voided where prohibited by law.
15. Newgy can not be held liable for problems in receiving submissions. This includes, but is
not limited to, such items as transmissions failures, acts of god, computer "glitches", corrupted
or infected files, and hardware failures.
16. By submitting an entry, you agree that you have read these rules and that you will abide by
these guidelines.
