If you are not satisfied with one of our products, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it within 30 days from date of purchase for repair, replacement or refund. Please call or email us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) so that we can properly process your return. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Table tennis rubbers, once they have been glued and/or cut, and table tennis balls, once they've been used, are not covered by this guarantee. These items are returnable, of course, if they are defective. Table tennis tables are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
